Fusion CX Acquires Morocco-Based Finaccess BPO and Its Subsidiaries, Ensuring A Better Presence in The European Market

Fusion CX has added another feather to its hat with the acquisition of Finaccess BPO, a Morocco-based call center services solution provider and its French subsidiaries on November 9, 2020. It is Fusion CX’s first acquisition in Europe and Africa.

Finaccess BPO is a reputed multilingual multichannel BPO that caters mainly to the French, Spanish and Italian speaking markets. Headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco, the company offers telesales, customer service, helpdesk solutions, and back-office services. It has three operation sites in Casablanca, Morocco, along with its subsidiaries in France. The BPO has a multi-country presence with over 600 employees.
