Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer since January 2024, leading corporate marketing, branding and marketing strategy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in textile technology from DKTE, Shivaji University, and a PGDBM from IMT Ghaziabad. He was previously SVP Marketing at Access Healthcare and Solutions Architect Director at Dell, where he twice received the Dell Circle of Excellence Award, and co-founded CMO Needs.

President, Telecom and Utilities, and Healthcare for the Fusion CX Group since November 2022, overseeing strategic growth, client engagement and delivery operations. He holds a BA and a certificate in IT application and management from the University of Victoria, Canada, and was previously with Sequential Technology International, with more than 22 years of experience.
Vice President, BFSI, Boomsourcing and Retail
Vice President for BFSI, Boomsourcing and Retail at the Fusion Group and a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. He holds a B.S. in finance from the Woodbury School of Business, Utah Valley University, and was previously with Digital Media Solutions and Boomsourcing LLC.
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer since August 2022, responsible for global finance, administration and facilities, ERP, investor relations and business strategy. A B.Com. graduate of the University of Calcutta and an associate member of ICAI, he was previously with SRBC & Co LLP (a member firm of Ernst & Young), Avtec Limited (CK Birla Group) and Translumina Therapeutics.
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer since December 2013, overseeing secretarial functions, legal compliance and corporate governance. He holds a B.Com. from the University of Calcutta and is an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with more than 15 years of experience.
