This significant development is part of Fusion CX’s extensive PAN India expansion strategy and demonstrates its commitment to enhancing service delivery and boosting employment opportunities in the region.

The launch of the Mumbai site is a landmark event for Fusion CX, signifying its consistent growth within the Indian market. The company plans to recruit over 500 professionals, elevating its workforce in India beyond the 10,000-employee mark.
