This expansion is part of Fusion CX’s PAN India strategy, enhancing the region’s service delivery and employment opportunities.

The Mumbai site launch marks a significant milestone for Fusion CX’s growth in India. The company plans to recruit over 500 professionals, increasing its workforce to over 10,000 employees in India.
