Passionate about devising scalable solutions, Andrew has a robust sales, delivery, and account management track record, demonstrating his skills in these areas.

He has successfully led account management and service delivery for private and public companies, handling full P&Ls ranging from $25M to $200M. His experience in growing accounts from modest beginnings to substantial annual revenues exemplifies his strategic acumen in business development. Andrew's global management experience includes overseeing operations in the USA, India, the Philippines, the Caribbean, and Central America.

Andrew has established enduring customer-centric engagements, especially with Fortune 50 clients, excelling in efficient software and service delivery. His accomplishments include selling over $500M in various services and negotiating substantial contracts with key decision-makers.

Currently, Andrew serves as the Global President of the Utility & HTG SBU at Fusion CX, applying his extensive knowledge and skills to this role. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Graduate Certification in the Application and Management of Information Technology from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada. Outside of his professional life, Andrew is married, a father of two, and resides in Long Valley, NJ.
