Fusion CX Acquires Montreal-Based Phocus Contact Center Solutions

Fusion CX Group is proud to announce that it has acquired Phocus Contact Solutions Inc, a Montreal based provider of the outsourced contact center solutions to the North American customers. This is the third acquisition of Fusion CX in Canada in the last five years.

Phocus has over 11 years of experience assisting North American businesses with customer service, telemarketing, lead generation and other important contact center solutions. This acquisition is sure to strengthen Fusion CX Group’s foothold as an onshore and near-shore contact solutions provider in the North American market.

Last year Fusion CX Group took over O’Currance Teleservices Inc. Salt Lake City, Utah. O’Currance is well poised to expand consciously into various verticals with their multilingual capabilities. Fusion CX has been achieving grand success one after the other largely due to its well planned management decisions, skilled workforce and work ethics across all verticals.
