O’Currance Teleservices – A Part of Fusion CX Group, Participates in 2012 ERA D2C Convention

O’Currence Teleservices is proud to participate at the ERA D2C Convention, the famous trade show in the Direct Response Marketing Industry held in Las Vegas from September 11th – September 13th, 2012. A part of Fusion CX Group, Salt Lake City-based O’Currance Teleservices showcased its services at booth 1227 at the convention. It resulted in a detailed knowledge of the latest trends in the industry and a series of visits to the OCI booth at the convention.

The ERA D2C Convention is produced by the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA), the only trade association in the U.S. and internationally representing leaders of the direct-to-consumer marketplace. The convention draws professionals interested in maximizing revenues through direct-to-consumer marketing on television, the web, mobile devices, and radio. The Electronic Retailing Association’s 2012 ERA D2C Convention is the 21st annual show.

2012 ERA D2C Convention features 4,000 (approx.) attendees and 120 exhibitors, several educational sessions on topics related to the industry, and liberal networking opportunities. Apart from these, there is a wide variety of events on the trade show floor. In those events, the industry’s top technology innovators, buyers, manufacturers, and marketers came together to learn about the newest trends in the direct-to-consumer marketplace. It is also a great place to meet with partners and potential customers for future business relationships.

After being a part of the prestigious Fusion CX Group, this was the first ERA D2C Convention for O’Currence.  We had a great time socializing and building new contacts. They also gained experience from an informative keynote address, exciting speeches, discussions with numerous speakers covering a wide range of topics, and thirty education sessions.

Pankaj Dhanuka, CEO of O’Currence Teleservices said, “We see this as an opportunity to meet new clients & customers and get more knowledge on the recent trends and innovations in the direct-to-consumer marketplace. This initiative will gain us new insights and help us grow within the Direct Response marketing space.”

While talking about the event, he added, “The event was attended by the crème de la crème of the direct response marketing industry, and we were honored to be a part of such an august gathering. It helped us understand better the quality of service, products and innovations.”

Equipped with the new knowledge about the DR industry, O’Currence will be sponsoring at the forthcoming Response Magazine winter bash in New York as well as the Response Expo that will be held in San Diego.

Being part of such resourceful industry event will surely help O’Currence Teleservices to make it BIG in the direct-to-consumer marketplace.
