Indemnification

  • Ask Users to update bank details without formal written communication from the official address above.

If you receive any communication about banking or account details from an unrecognized or suspicious email address:

Fusion CX is not responsible for any financial loss, fraud, or damages arising from reliance on unauthorized or fraudulent communications that do not originate from our official address.

Recruitment & Job Scam Protection

Fusion CX does not charge money, fees, deposits, or any form of payment for:

  • Job applications
  • Interviews
  • Training
  • Background checks
  • Onboarding or hiring processes

Fusion CX recruits only through official channels, including:

  • Verified Fusion CX HR representatives
  • Official email domains (e.g., @fusioncx.com)
  • Fusion CX career pages and authorized recruitment platforms

We do not recruit via:

  • Personal Gmail/Yahoo accounts
  • Messaging apps such as WhatsApp/Telegram/Facebook Messenger
  • Social media DMs
  • Unverified third-party individuals claiming affiliation with Fusion CX

If you receive job offers, interview requests, or payment demands claiming to be from Fusion CX:

  1. Do not pay any amount.
  2. Do not share sensitive information.
  3. Report suspicious communication to legal@fusioncx.com.

Fusion CX is not liable for losses arising from fraudulent job scams or unauthorized use of its name by third parties.

User Content & Submissions

By submitting content, Users grant Fusion CX a royaltyfree, worldwide, transferable license to use submissions for legitimate business purposes.

Do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless explicitly requested.

General Provisions

  • If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
  • Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use.
  • Fusion CX may assign rights without notice; Users may not assign theirs without written consent.
  • Section headings do not affect interpretation.
