Barun Singh is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta. He is an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He completed his training from Baljit Securities Private Limited. He was previously associated with Arani Guha, Company Secretary. He has over 15 years of work experience. He has been associated with our Company since December 19, 2013, and oversees secretarial functions, legal compliance, and corporate governance matters.
