Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Amit Soni is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce in accounting and finance from University of Calcutta. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously associated with SRBC & Co LLP (Member firm of Ernst & Young), Avtec Limited (CK Birla Group) and Translumina Therapeutics. He has over 13 years of work experience. He has been associated with our Company since August 31, 2022, and is responsible for the global financial operations, administration and facilities, ERP, investor relations and the company's overall business strategy.
