Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Kolkata, India. You expressly waive objections to jurisdiction or venue.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusion CX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including:

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of User data;
• Third-party conduct or external website interactions.

Fusion CX bears no responsibility for harm to devices, networks, or data resulting from downloads or Site use.

The sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fusion CX and its affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Submission of harmful, infringing, or unlawful content;
• Actions performed under the User’s account, device, or network.

Fusion CX may assume defense of claims; Users must cooperate.

Users access external websites at their own risk.

Privacy & Data Protection

Use of the Site is subject to the Fusion CX Global Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms.

Fusion CX:

• Does not sell User data to third parties;
• Shares data only with trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, performance, or security purposes.

Limited Permission to Use Our Services

International Users

Banking, Security & Recruitment Fraud Notice

Fusion CX shares official bank details only through the designated and verified email address: contact@fusioncx.com

Fusion CX will never:

• Use personal employee emails to share banking information;
• Request payments, deposits, transfers, or financial confirmations through unofficial channels;
• Ask Users to update bank details without formal written communication from the official address above.

If you receive any communication about banking or account details from an unrecognized or suspicious email address:

1. Do not respond.
2. Do not share financial information.
3. Report the message immediately to contact@fusioncx.com.

Fusion CX is not responsible for any financial loss, fraud, or damages arising from reliance on unauthorized or fraudulent communications that do not originate from our official address.

Recruitment & Job Scam Protection

Fusion CX does not charge money, fees, deposits, or any form of payment for:

• Job applications
• Interviews
• Training
• Background checks
• Onboarding or hiring processes

Fusion CX recruits only through official channels, including:

• Verified Fusion CX HR representatives
• Official email domains (e.g., @fusioncx.com)
• Fusion CX career pages and authorized recruitment platforms

We do not recruit via:

• Personal Gmail/Yahoo accounts
• Messaging apps such as WhatsApp/Telegram/Facebook Messenger
• Social media DMs
• Unverified third-party individuals claiming affiliation with Fusion CX

If you receive job offers, interview requests, or payment demands claiming to be from Fusion CX:

1. Do not pay any amount.
2. Do not share sensitive information.
3. Report suspicious communication to legal@fusioncx.com.

Fusion CX is not liable for losses arising from fraudulent job scams or unauthorized use of its name by third parties.

Fraud / Fake-Offer Warning & Third-Party Link Disclaimer

Fusion CX does not charge or request any payment, security deposit, processing fee, or any other financial contribution (refundable or non-refundable) from applicants at any stage of the recruitment, interview, or onboarding process. Any demand for money — in any form — purportedly in connection with your application or employment offer should be treated as fraudulent.

Fusion CX does not request sensitive personal information — such as bank account or credit card details, tax numbers, or other financial credentials — until a formal employment agreement has been signed.

Official job offer letters or recruitment communications from Fusion CX will only come from our authorized corporate domain. Any offer or communication from free email domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or similar) or from unknown or unverified sources should be considered suspicious and treated with caution.

Fusion CX will never require the payment of money, fees, “training charges,” “security deposits,” or the purchase of any goods or services in return for a job or interview.

No Guarantee of Employment or Interview

Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview or job offer. The decision to proceed with an application or to hire is at the full discretion of Fusion CX, based on suitability, qualifications, background checks, and other internal criteria.

Changes to Terms / Right to Reject

Fusion CX, reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Careers page after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The company also reserves the right to reject or ignore any application or withdraw a job posting at any time, for any reason.

Use of Applicant Data & Personal Information

You acknowledge and agree that any information you provide (such as name, contact details, educational background, employment history or other personal data) is accurate, complete and up-to-date. By submitting Applicant Data you consent to its processing for the purposes of recruitment, screening, evaluation, background verification, and any communication related to recruitment or employment.

User Content & Submissions

By submitting content, Users grant Fusion CX a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use submissions for legitimate business purposes.

Do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless explicitly requested.

General Provisions

• If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
• Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use.
• Fusion CX may assign rights without notice; Users may not assign theirs without written consent.
• Section headings do not affect interpretation.
