Finaccess is a customer experience multilingual BPO backed by a team of 600+ employees and a multi-country presence. Based in Casablanca, Morocco, with three operational sites, this call center specializes in sales to potential customers, managing incoming customer service calls, and providing helpdesk and back-office services in French, Italian, and Spanish.
