Fusion is excited to announce the successful acquisition of Advanced Communication Group Inc. (ACG), a comprehensive BPO solutions firm based in the US on December 31, 2021.

DRAPER, Utah; May 25, 2022– Fusion is thrilled to announce its acquisition of Advanced Communications Group Inc. (ACG), a US-based provider of BPO solutions on December 31, 2021, making ACG officially become a part of the Fusion Group.

Established in February 1997, Advanced Communications Group Inc. (ACG) is headquartered in Boynton Beach, Florida, and boasts one of the USA’s prominent telecom players as a key client. As Fusion’s 25th location across 12 countries worldwide, ACG’s current workforce of over 250 employees will seamlessly integrate into the expansive Fusion family, which now comprises more than 13,000 professionals worldwide. CEO Dave McCall, ACG will maintain an active role within the organization, joining Fusion’s esteemed leadership team.
