With the Holiday Season all set to begin, our ISO Certification added more colors to the Holiday spirit. We are looking at the ISO certification as a landmark for our company in future projects. With this certification along with our PCI-DSS certification (that makes us a trusted name in the BPO industry); we will prove ourselves to our B2B and B2C clients and offer them state-of-the-art performance in all projects.
The year 2013 has been a great year for Fusion CX. This year, we have acquired Phocus Contact Solutions Inc., a Montreal-based provider of outsourced contact center solutions for North American customers. We have grown in experience and are on the verge of completing 10 years in the BPO industry. The ISO certifications are the icing on the cake.
What can be a greater ending for such a great year?
