Pasay City, March 01, 2012 – Fusion BPO Services Inc. has been officially accepted as a member of the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) at the General Membership Assembly Meeting (GMAM) hosted by BPAP.

Fusion BPO Services Inc. is a Canadian company that offers voice and non-voice outsourcing services across various sectors. It has joined BPAP as a new member, expanding its business presence in the Philippines. Fusion operates globally, with 24/7 client-service and bases in Canada, India, Philippines and the US.

Fusion BPO Services Inc. is gearing up to unify and broaden its offerings. As part of this initiative, it is keen on exchanging documented best practices with the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP). BPAP serves as the overarching body for the IT-BPO industry in the Philippines and the Global In-House Center (GIC). Fusion was welcomed into the BPAP fold during the BPAP General Membership Assembly Meeting (GMAM) held on March 01, 2012, at the Marriot Hotel in Pasay City.

Fusion and BPAP are working together to boost the Philippines IT-BPO industry. BPAP, established in 2004, is the main source of information and advocacy for the sector. It aims to showcase the country’s strengths and expand its outsourcing opportunities in new and existing domains. It also helps the industry with various aspects such as offshore marketing, security and privacy, education and training, public policy and legislation, and more. Fusion and BPAP share the vision of making the Philippines the global leader in voice and non-voice services.
