DRAPER, Utah, JAN 16, 2019 – Fusion BPO Services, a global business process and customer engagement BPO company has entered into an agreement which marks the successful completion of the acquisition of Ameridial Inc. – a US-based a leading contact center outsourcing service provider. Starting January 2019, the Ameridial team will become part of the Fusion BPO family and function as a fully owned subsidiary.
