He holds a bachelor’s degree in textile technology from DKTE, Shivaji University, and a PGDBM from IMT Ghaziabad. He was previously SVP Marketing at Access Healthcare and Solutions Architect Director at Dell, where he twice received the Dell Circle of Excellence Award, and co-founded CMO Needs.

Vice President for BFSI, Boomsourcing and Retail at the Fusion Group and a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. He holds a B.S. in finance from the Woodbury School of Business, Utah Valley University, and was previously with Digital Media Solutions and Boomsourcing LLC.
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer since August 2022, responsible for global finance, administration and facilities, ERP, investor relations and business strategy. A B.Com. graduate of the University of Calcutta and an associate member of ICAI, he was previously with SRBC & Co LLP (a member firm of Ernst & Young), Avtec Limited (CK Birla Group) and Translumina Therapeutics.
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer since December 2013, overseeing secretarial functions, legal compliance and corporate governance. He holds a B.Com. from the University of Calcutta and is an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with more than 15 years of experience.

A Chartered Accountant and Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 48 years of experience. He holds a B.Com. (Hons.) and a law degree from Calcutta University, a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) and Computerized Accounting & Auditing Techniques (CAAT) from ICAI, and an Independent Director’s Certificate from the Institute of Corporate Affairs under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Co-founder of CAS, an independent investment and merchant banking firm in Philadelphia, PA. He leads the firm’s M&A, consulting, valuation, compliance and regulatory practices in the global tech-enabled outsourced business services sector and is responsible for its strategic direction and growth.
